Every woman and their family needs something different. Below gives you an idea of what I can offer you, but this can be discussed and tailored to your requirements when we meet. There will always be an initial meeting of around 60 minutes, for which there is absolutely no charge and is also without any obligation. This normally takes place over a video call or phone call.
Please do not be put off if you think you cannot afford my services - there may be help available to you dependent upon your situation, and payments can also be made in instalments. Prices for bookings made from 1st January 2025.
Full Antenatal, Birth & Post natal
This package gives you the continuity from your antenatal period right through to the post natal. Everything is tailored to your needs. My aim is to make you completely comfortable, confident and at ease with your birth.
The package includes:
- Initial 60 minute discovery call and discussion of requirements, either over video call or phone. Free with no obligation.
- Minimum of four antenatal visits, tailored hypno-birthing (I am a certified hypnotherapist), and antenatal preparation for the birth. Each session is approximately two hours.
- Previous birth debriefing and healing support included
- Weekly visits offered post dates with complementary therapies, it's not unusual for my clients to go over 42 weeks
- Reiki, reflexology, and homeopathy support offered for all clients
- Optimal foetal positioning teaching - Biomechanics for pregnancy and birth
- Support with hospital visits if required
- 24-hour availability on-call for labour including Christmas and New Year from 37 weeks until the day of your birth. I either come to your home or meet you dependent on what is happening in your labour
- Support and advocacy for you and your birth partner during your labour
- Following birth, I remain with you until you are settled, either at home or hospital
- Preparation of placenta homeopathic remedies (not encapsulation currently)
- Postnatal support visits included are within one week of birth, within two weeks of birth, around six weeks postnatal, and at one year.
- Reasonable on-going text/phone/video support up until baby's first birthday
- Travel costs are included for clients within an hour's distance. I do not charge for parking fees.

All support offered is the same as the full package, with two antenatal appointments offered (if possible time-wise).
You still get great care, and I will endeavour to fit in as much as possible before your birth.
Please note, I am usually fully booked for several months ahead, please don't leave it too late!

Hypnobirthing & antenatal preparation.
I am a qualified Hypnosis and Clinical Hypnotherapy practitioner and Certified Hypnotic Birth Practitioner (CHBP) and registered with the NCHP. For first time parents, or those that have had a few years' gap since last giving birth. Five sessions comprising 1-2-1 hypnobirthing using highly tailored hypnosis for your needs, along with antenatal preparation including preparing your birth plan.

For those who have used hypnobirthing previously, a refresher to help prepare you for your next birth.
Two sessions which include antenatal support, any debrief discussion from previous birth and birth plan preparation.

For elective caesarian preparation, one or two sessions combined with help for lactation or suppression, dependent on requirement.

Breech presentation
One or two sessions of hypnotherapy to help baby gain a cephalic or head down presentation.

Birth Debrief and Power Hours
Contact me if you either need to try and make sense of what has happened with your birth previously, or if you are feeling coerced into make a decision about your labour that doesn't feel right.
These sessions are booked for one hour to allow you time to decompress and verbalise any anxieties, fear and worries.
Let me help you talk through what you have been advised to do. You will leave feeling empowered and armed with a raft of information!

Water birth
A wonderful and natural pain relief that has been used for centuries. Women have reported that having a water birth resulted in a calmer labour with fewer perineal tears, less pain relief and an amazing transition from womb to world for their baby.
Home birth
Yes, you can have a home birth! Discuss with me how to have your birth where you want, this may include breech presentation or vaginal birth following caesarean (VBAC).
Free birth is completely legal in the UK with the choice of who supports you and where you choose to give birth. It is a minefield at times, but speak to me on how you can negotiate the system.
Breastfeeding support
Even though it's completely normal and natural, it's often not an easy thing in the first few weeks. Let me help support you in those first few vital weeks.
Antenatal classes
I offer 1-2-1 antenatal support combined with hypnobirthing classes. I can also signpost you to lovely classes in yoga or hypnobirthing close to where you live.
Placenta remedies
Capsules, tinctures and smoothies for your use following birth.
Many women have reported a reduction in post partum depression symptoms following the using of remedies. This is an age-old restorative to help women recovery quickly following birth by helping to regulate hormones so you feel better, help milk flow and post birth bleeding appears to be much reduced and finish sooner.
I have some wonderful smoothie recipes for immediate use after birthing your baby.

Celebrate and welcome your newborn into the world.
Loss of pregnancy
Things don't always go to plan. Contact me if you would like support during your baby's birth or in the immediate time following.
I work following SANDS guidelines and update my practice regularly with attending their workshops.
I can offer hypnotherapy and beautiful homeopathic remedies.
Fees are reduced or may be totally waived in these situations.
Advocacy
Sometimes extra support is needed in talking to medical professionals. Ask me how I can support you, whether this might be in achieving the outcome you want for your baby's birth, or attending a postnatal meeting to discuss mediation surrounding your care in hospital. Costs will be dependent upon the situation.
