Reiki and Energy Healing
Reiki and energetic healing are given as part of my offering to clients in pregnancy, labour and postnatal.
This is a wonderful way of treating any discomfort or imbalances, and absolutely safe for pregnancy. many people get a sense of the energy changing within them during healing.
During treatments I will align and balance your chakras along with aura strengthening for added protection.
If you wish, oracle card readings can also be made and some fun can be had with asking the pendulum some questions!
Distance healing is also a very effective way of healing. All I ask is that you take some time out and sit quietly with as little disturbance as possible to allow the effects to work as well as they can.
Animals can also be treated.

Homeopathy
Homeopathy (homoeopathy) is a beautiful, gentle treatment that can be used in pregnancy, birth and when breastfeeding.
Remedies can be given to help all sorts of disorders.
For example, if you're suffering with symphysis pubis or round ligament pain, there are remedies that work like a charm.
For a slow labour where your cervix isn't ripening and opening, there are several remedies that can aid this.
If you're suffering with sore nipples or mastitis, there are remedies that can help this.
I highly recommend clients to get either the Helios Childbirth kit or the Ainsworth's Pregnancy to Age 7 kit.
Reflexology
Sometimes we just need a pampering!
Reflexology is a calming and peaceful way to relax into your pregnancy and labour.
There are pressure points all over your feet that relate to corresponding areas throughout your body.
By stimulating various points on your feet, it can aid sleep, back pain, etc, but mostly it has the ability to make you feel like you're floating on a cloud!
A beautiful way to help you, and in turn your baby, to relax, allow your labour to start or even help your milk to flow.
